When you create an account we collect your email address. When you use the dashboard we store your session data — trade logs, P&L, risk metrics, and chat history with the AI mentor. This data is necessary for the service to function. When you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment — we do not store your full card details.
Your data is used exclusively to operate the Lyra service: displaying your statistics, powering the AI mentor, tracking course progress, and managing your subscription. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
The AI mentor reads your session statistics to provide relevant feedback. Your conversation history is stored to maintain context across sessions. No trade data is used to train external AI models.
Your data is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database with encryption at rest and in transit. Row-level security ensures your data is only accessible to you and the Lyra service.
The dashboard uses browser local storage to cache your session token, course progress, and chat history for offline access. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data. We receive your subscription status and email from Stripe to manage your account.
You can request account deletion at any time by emailing gary@lyratradingmentor.com. All your data — sessions, chat history, course progress — will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
